In the Moment 9/3/14

If you're going to live in any moment, let it be now!  Quit living in past (bad) moments - they only serve to bring you down, depress you, make you wish for something that used to be or never was.  Gods grace and forgiveness covers a multitude of sin, and if He can forgive you and forget you ever done that thing you did, then why are you stuck focusing on it?!

This not only applies to us, but our loved ones and friends, and hey! Even your neighbor!  If God has forgiven them, then why are YOU still bringing it up?  Get over it and move on.  Allow them to move on - don't keep bringing up their past.  It's there for a reason - a lesson to be learned, a season to have gone through to polish them up a little more for the calling that God has on their lives.  Do you really want to mess with God and their calling?  He's a big, big person that I'd rather not have to deal with for messing with one of his babies and I would almost be willing to bet that you don't either, ha ha!

My point is - let it go.  Receive the freedom and joy and peace that God longs for you to walk in.  He doesn't want us bound up and living in the past - not able to forgive ourselves, or others for that matter - He wants us victorious and walking in health, wholeness, love and freedom (and so much more!).  What's it going to be for you today?  Choose life!

Resurrection Sunday

Life. It's all around us. From the roaring of the ocean waves, to the birds singing their songs, to the kids laughing on a nearby playground. Yet, so many are dead inside, crying out for more, crying out for someone to love them, show them there is a Way, there is Someone who loves them so much that He was willing to die for them..

What side of the spectrum are you living on today, friend? Do you know without a shadow of a doubt that the Risen Savior lives inside of you? That He loves you so much?

"No one has greater love (no one has shown stronger affection) than to lay down (give up) his own life for his friends." John 15:13AMP

"For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He (even) gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life. For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him." John 3:16-17AMP

My prayer for you on this Resurrection Sunday is that you will come to know your Heavenly Father if you don't already. He delights in you and can't wait for you to start living again! Let His resurrection power bring you back from the land of the dead into the land of the living!

To whomever reads this, I pray blessings overflowing to you and your family. May you walk out all the days of your life in health and wholeness, abundance of peace, love and joy, and manifestations of His healing and delivering power. May The Lord bless and keep each and every one of you!
